Everyone that is not from Yorkshire DESERVES a Yorkshire friend, or even just to know someone from Yorkshire. It’s only fair. So we have come up with 5 ways to impress Yorkshire Folk.

1.Drink Yorkshire Tea
It’s no secret that us Yorkshire folk love a good brew. Whether or not you put water or milk in first the key to the best brew is starting with Yorkshire tea. So if you ever plan on moving to Yorkshire or even just for a weekend trip; make sure that you pack enough Yorkshire Tea!
2.”What’s a Lancashire?”
In Yorkshire, there is no such thing as a red rose. Next!
3. Impress with a fun fact about Yorkshire.
There is nothing worse than people that come to Yorkshire and know nothing about it. So you’re best off doing some research before you come so you can impress with a fact about Yorkshire that maybe one of us Yorkshire folk didn’t know. You may surprise us
4. Make home-made Yorkies.
Making frozen Yorkshire Puddings is not allowed in Yorkshire. YOU WILL BE FROWNED UPON if your Yorkshire friends come over for Sunday lunch and you’re using frozen Yorkies.. a big no no.
5. Always go bargain hunting.
WE LOVE A BARGAIN.. If it means going to three separate shops for the same loaf of bread just to get the best price we will do it. It’s just about principle.
